Who we are
and our diplomatic background
We are former U.S. diplomats with more than 50 years of combined consular and management experience across U.S. embassies and consulates worldwide. Our careers included senior leadership roles, high-volume visa operations, and some of the most complex adjudication environments.
We have conducted hundreds of thousands of visa interviews, including recent work on Special Immigrant Visas (SIVs). This depth of firsthand experience gives us a clear understanding of how decisions are made and how applicants can best prepare realistically with positive outcomes.

Our philosophy:
Honesty and realistic expectations
Full Compliance with U.S. regulations
Clear communication and transparency
Peace of mind through preparation, not false promises
